Teenage years are a time for self-discovery, self-expression, and exploration. Each of our limited-edition framed or canvas prints are restricted to a maximum of prints per size and colorway. This limitation protects the art selection from mass production and assures one-of-a-kind teen wall decor options that they will love. Cute kids' art depicting fairytale castles, rainbows, unicorns, race cars, and spaceships will start to feel childish, and teens will search for more mature looks. The older and more social they get, the more interest they will develop in maintaining a personal space they can be proud of.
Teens are inspired through this long-standing, accomplished art program to develop a new level of drawing and painting skills with instruction by artist, Hayley Mayne both virtually and in the studio. Students gain a greater understanding of art principles and art elements through intensive art exercises for the first four weeks of each session. Each student is dedicated to independent study and the opportunity to explore limitless possibilities for the next four weeks! Teen classes engage students while using professional art equipment, lighting, props and tools. Our staff has worked diligently to implement protocols as recommended by the ADHS and CDC, and we are eager to serve our students with their health and safety as our first priority.
The Met is the place to be for teens. Check out classes, workshops, and special events designed especially for teens to develop their skills, and connect with art, ideas, and other young people. Program times and topics vary.
